"Thank you for making this available!  I have wanted to develop a RAP for our service since 2013, but had no support.  I am now feeling energised with a clear pathway to move forward.  I am increasingly confident to take the team on the journey and  receive the support I need to support our local community and make the difference I have been striving for."

"I just wanted to say thank you for the webinar replay, I have just finished it and it was really helpful. We have a RAP which needs to be refreshed and you gave some fantastic ideas about where to get started and how to get our FDC educators more involved in the process throughout the coming year."

"Thank you for this webinar and all the ideas and resources you shared. We have had a RAP for some time but it had become stagnant but since recruiting a new team and since becoming director I have started to revive it shall I say. I also am very lucky to have am Aboriginal educator on board who is great too. Your ideas will help us a lot to move forward."
