Koori Curriculum Orders

Q: The item I want is sold out, will you be getting more stock?

A: Our products are sourced from suppliers all over Australia and sometimes we experience delays. If the product you want is showing as out of stock, please contact info@kooricurriculum.com and include the link to the product you are after. We will be able to let you know when that product will be back in stock or if the product is no longer available.

Q. What payment options do you provide?

A: We offer Paypal and payment by either a credit or debit card directly on the site. If you require an alternate payment option please contact info@kooricurriculum.com for more payment options.

Q: How do I stay up to date on new events and dates?

A: Follow us on Facebook here.

Q: Is it possible to receive a tax invoice for my order?

A: Yes, all orders automatically receive a tax invoice however please contact info@kooricurriculum.com if you receipt did not arrive.

Q: Where is my order?

A: All orders will receive a notification once your order has shipped, and this may include a tracking code which you can use to track your order. If your order did not include a tracking code, please email info@kooricurriculum.com and include your order number.

Q: Do you offer refunds on orders?

A: We do not offer refunds. Please consider your order choice carefully before your checkout. If you feel your product has not been damaged in transit, or is does not reflect the description, please contact info@kooricurriculum.com and include your order number and photos of the product as it was received.

Koori Curriculum Webinars

Q: How do I access the webinar after I purchase?

A: After you purchase your webinar you will be sent a series of emails:
 
  1. An order confirmation email with receipt of purchase
  2. An email with your login details to the webinar platform
These emails can take up to 2 business hours after your purchase to arrive (please check your junk mail).

Q: Is it possible to receive a tax invoice for my order?

A: Yes, all orders automatically receive a tax invoice however please contact info@kooricurriculum.com if you receipt did not arrive.

Q: I have just purchased group access to a webinar, how do I add the additional users?

A: Please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com with the first name, last name and email address of each user and a member and one of our team will add them within 1 business day.

Q: Can I share my individual access with other people?

A: No. We do have the additional option of purchasing group access to our webinars, check out each webinar for further information: https://kooricurriculum.com/collections/webinar

Q: How long is my access to a webinar valid for once I purchase?

A: Access to our webinars is for 3 months from date of purchase

Q: Do you offer refunds on webinars?

A: We are confident that once you view the webinar, you'll be sure you made the right decision. Due to the digital nature of the webinar, we do not offer refunds. If you have accidentally purchased the webinar twice (it happens) please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com

Q: Are your webinars live and do I need to attend at a certain day or time, or will recordings be available?

A: Webinar sessions are pre-recorded, all webinar sessions once purchased are available for you to view in your own time.

Q: I am a member of the Koori Curriculum Club, should I purchase webinars?

A: No. All of our webinars are included in your Koori Curriculum Club membership

Q: What happens if I have technical issues with a webinar after I purchase?

A: Please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com and one of our team will respond within 1 business day.

Q: Can I download your webinars?

A: No. We do not allow downloading of our webinars, once you have access you are able to watch the webinar however many times you like.

Q: Are the webinars NESA accredited?

As of 5th February 2021, NESA deregistered all early childhood providers and any courses they had accredited, this included any offered by the Koori Curriculum.

Information about the new processes for accreditation of PD courses, including course content criteria, is expected to be available on the NESA website around mid-July 2021 and applications will open shortly after that time. We aim to applying for accreditation during this time.

Early Learning Educators are able to log completed hours under Elective PD course hours as they will count equally for teachers who are completing their Maintenance of Accreditation in 2021 and 2022: https://www.educationstandards.nsw.edu.au/wps/portal/nesa/teacher-accreditation/meeting-requirements/maintaining-accreditation/maintenance-transition-arrangements

Q: I have previously purchased a webinar from Koori Curriculum, how do I access a newly purchased webinar?

A: Thank you for purchasing an additional learning experience from Koori Curriculum. If you already have access to our learning platform, any additional webinars you purchase will be automatically added to your profile for access after purchase.

Koori Curriculum Club

Q: How do I access the Koori Curriculum Club after I purchase?

A: After you purchase your membership you will be sent a series of emails:
 
  1. An order confirmation email with receipt of purchase
  2. An email with your login details to the membership platform
  3. A welcome email with useful information on your membership
These emails can take up to 2 business hours after your purchase to arrive. After you have received the final welcome email your access to the Koori Curriculum Club will be complete and you will be able to access all of the content.

Q: How long is my access to the Koori Curriculum Club valid for after I purchase?

A: All members receive 12 months access for tiers Advocate, Champion and Amplifier. Supporter tiered members receive access for 1 month and continue access on a month by month basis until cancelled.

Q: Do you offer refunds on memberships?

A: We are confident that once you join our membership you'll be sure you made the right decision. If you any reason you change your mind, there is a 7 day cooling off period after you have joined. Please contact us on info@kooricurriculum.com

Q: Are the masterclass sessions live and do I need to attend at a certain day or time, or will recordings be available?

A: Masterclass recordings are pre-recorded, these are released on a monthly basis for you to view in your own time over your 12-month membership.

A: No. All of our webinars are included in your Koori Curriculum Club membership
