ABC PLAYSCHOOL

There are many EC Educators who start the morning with an Acknowledgment of Country with the children.

The “Acknowledgment to Country” episode on Play School was aired on Monday 9 am during NAIDOC week to teach ALL children (and their families) about the oldest living culture in the world. We will also meet the new character Kiya from Nyoongar Country in Perth.

Director of the Koori Curriculum, Jessica Staines was the Aboriginal Early Childhood Advisor and Script Outliner for this special episode.
