A: The "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar" is approximately 4 and a half hours long. This includes a 30-minute lunch break.

Q: Do you offer refunds on the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar"?

A: Tickets are sold on a strictly no-refund basis. But in the event that the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar" is cancelled, you will be refunded the face value of the ticket. If the event is postponed due to COVID19 we will give you the option to have a ticket for the next event. The right is reserved to vary advertised schedules to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and sessions where necessary.

Q: What COVID precautions are you taking?

A: We’ll be doing everything we can to make our event as COVID-preventative as possible. Social distancing will be encouraged, as well as hand sanitiser available on the premises. We recommend bringing a mask as a precaution for instances where you are unable to be 2 metres away from others. If you’re feeling sick leading up to the event we strongly recommend you stay home instead.

Q: What are the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for this event?

A: Following the guidelines put in place by the QLD Government, there is no requirement to provide proof of vaccination to enter the venue.

Q: I can no longer attend the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar", can I reschedule?

A: We understand that availability can change, if you let us know by close of business 3 weeks before the start of the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar" that you cannot attend then we can see if we have another date and time for you to join, this may not be in 2024.

Q: It is less than 3 weeks until the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar" and I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

A: Unfortunately we require 3 weeks' notice prior to the seminar date, please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com to discuss options. A fee may be charged for changing dates.

A: No. The books mentioned in the "Programming, Planning and Pedagogy Seminar" are not included, some of the books are able to be purchased in the Koori Curriculum store, and others can be purchased through book retailers such as Amazon or through the author's website directly.
