Embracing Reconciliation: Crafting Effective Action Plans | Griffith
Join us for a practical and thought-provoking professional development workshop exploring Reconciliation as a dynamic verb.
Led by Jessica Staines, a Wiradjuri woman, early childhood educator, and leading voice in inclusive practice, this session supports educators to move from reflection to meaningful action through their Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs).
Building on the wisdom that “those who fail to plan, plan to fail,” this workshop provides structure, clarity, and confidence for embedding reconciliation into everyday teaching and leadership.
Together, we’ll unpack the 14 mandatory RAP actions, ensuring participants leave with a clear pathway forward and strategies that can be immediately implemented in their educational settings.
