Q: How do I access the webinar after I purchase the 1-month extension?

A: After you purchase your 1-month extension you will be sent an order confirmation email with receipt of purchase.

Please allow up to 2 business days for the webinar to be added to your learning platform profile.

Q: Do I have to have purchased the Embedding Aboriginal Perspectives Pre-Recorded Webinar before purchasing a 1-month extension?

A: Yes.

Q: If I originally ordered group access to the Embedding Aboriginal Perspectives Pre-Recorded Webinar and only 1 user needs an extension, can I receive a discount?

A: No. You will need to order a full license extension based on your original order. You can however purchase an individual license here.

Q: Can I purchase more then a 1-month extension?

A: Yes, you can order multiple 1-month extensions, we will adjust your access based on the number of months you purchase.

Q: I have just purchased group extension to the webinar, how do I advise you about the additional users?

A: Please contact us at theteam@kooricurriculum.com with the first name, last name and email address of each user so that we can update them. 

Q: Can I purchase a 1-month extension for other people to view the webinar?

A: No. Only the users identified and added from the original webinar purchase are eligible for the extension.

Q: Do you offer refunds on webinars?

A: We are confident that once you view the webinar, you'll be sure you made the right decision. Due to the digital nature of the webinar, we do not offer refunds. If you have accidentally purchased the webinar twice (it happens) please contact us at theteam@kooricurriculum.com

A: No. Koori Curriculum Club members access is for as long as their membership is in place.

Q: Can I download the webinar?

A: No. We do not allow downloading of our webinars, once you have access you are able to watch the webinar however many times you like.
