A: The Programming, Planning & Pedagogy In-Person Seminar is approximately 4 and a half hours long. This includes a 30-minute lunch break.

A: This is to ensure that we can contact you about all the information you will need to attend the "Aboriginal Art and Storytelling in Early Childhood Curriculums" workshop. We will not be using your mobile phone number for marketing, only for important information.

A: Yes. If you can travel to the location of the seminar you are welcome to attend. Travel and accommodation are not included in the ticket price.

A: Tickets are sold on a strictly no-refund basis. But in the event that the Programming, Planning & Pedagogy In-Person Seminar is cancelled, you will be refunded the face value of the ticket. If the event is postponed due to COVID19 we will give you the option to have a ticket for the next event. The right is reserved to vary advertised schedules to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and sessions where necessary.

A: We’ll be doing everything we can to make our event as COVID-preventative as possible. Social distancing will be encouraged, as well as hand sanitiser available on the premises. We recommend bringing a mask as a precaution for instances where you are unable to be 2 metres away from others. If you’re feeling sick leading up to the event we strongly recommend you stay home instead.

A: Following the guidelines put in place by the QLD Government, there is no requirement to provide proof of vaccination to enter the venue.

A: We understand that availability can change, if you let us know by close of business 3 weeks before the start of the Programming, Planning & Pedagogy In-Person Seminar that you cannot attend then we can see if we have another date and time for you to join, this may not be in 2024.

A: Unfortunately we require 3 weeks' notice prior to the seminar date, please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com to discuss options. A fee may be charged for changing dates.

A: No. The books mentioned in the Programming, Planning & Pedagogy In-Person Seminar are not included, some of the books are able to be purchased in the Koori Curriculum store, and others can be purchased through book retailers such as Amazon or through the author's website directly.

A: Yes. If you choose to attend the Programming, Planning & Pedagogy In-Person Seminar please let Jess know on the day as she always enjoys meeting Koori Curriculum Club members. There are no discounts offered for the Programming and Planning Seminar for Koori Curriculum Club members.

A: No. We do not allow recording of our seminars. We encourage you to take notes during the event and you will be provided with workbooks
