    Q: How do I access the collection after I purchase it?

    A: After you purchase the collection you will be sent a series of emails:

    1. An order confirmation email with receipt of purchase
    2. An email with your login details to the webinar platform

    These emails can take up to 2 business hours after your purchase to arrive (please check your junk mail).

    Q: How long are the collection sessions?

    A: The collection sessions range between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Q: Is there a payment plan?

    A: Yes, via AfterPay. Choose AfterPay at check out for more details.

    Q: Is there a group rate?

    A: Yes, for groups of up to 5 people, the rate is $300. For groups of more than 5 people, please purchase a combination of individual and group access, or multiple group access.

    Q: I have just purchased group access to the collection, how do I add the additional users?

    A: Please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com with the first name, last name and email address of each user and a member and one of our team will add them within 1 business day. 

    Q: Can I share my individual access with other people?

    A: No. We do have the additional option of purchasing group access to the webinar (for up to 5 users).

    Q: How long is my access valid for once I purchase?

    A: Access to the Educator Yarns Webinar Collection is for 3 months from the date of purchase

    Q: Do you offer refunds on the Educator Yarns webinar collection?

    A: We are confident that once you view the Educator Yarns webinar collection, you'll be sure you made the right decision. Due to the digital nature of the collection, we do not offer refunds. If you have accidentally purchased the summit twice (it happens) please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com

    Q: Is the Educator Yarns webinar collection live and do I need to attend at a certain day or time, or will recordings be available?

    A: The Educator Yarns webinar collection is pre-recorded, all collection sessions once purchased are available for you to view in your own time. 

    Q: Are copies of the Educator Yarns book part of the price?

    A: No. The Educator Yarns book is not included, however, we are offering those that purchase the Educator Yarns book a 50% discount to access the Educator Yarns webinar collection for individual and group access, you can find the Educator Yarns book here

    Q: I am a member of the Koori Curriculum Club, should I purchase the Educator Yarns webinar collection?

    A: We are offering access to the Educator Yarns webinar collection for free for 3 months when members renew their membership in 2022.

    We will also be offering free access to those that take a new membership when we open our doors in February for the first week and a 50% discount for those that purchase a membership in the second-week doors are open in February.

    Koori Curriculum Club members will be able to purchase the Educator Yarns book using their 20% discount code.

    Q: What happens if I have technical issues with the Educator Yarns webinar collection after I purchase?

    A: Please contact us at info@kooricurriculum.com and one of our team will respond within 1 business day.

    Q: Can I download the Educator Yarns webinar collection sessions?

    A: No. We do not allow downloading of the sessions, once you have access you are able to watch the sessions however many times you like during the 3 months you have access.

    Q: Is the Educator Yarns webinar collection NESA accredited?

    As of 5th February 2021, NESA deregistered all early childhood providers and any courses they had accredited, this included any offered by the Koori Curriculum.

    Information about the new processes for accreditation of PD courses, including course content criteria, is expected to be available on the NESA website around mid-July 2021 and applications will open shortly after that time. We aim to applying for accreditation during this time.

    Early Learning Educators are able to log completed hours under Elective PD course hours as they will count equally for teachers who are completing their Maintenance of Accreditation in 2021 and 2022:  https://www.educationstandards.nsw.edu.au/wps/portal/nesa/teacher-accreditation/meeting-requirements/maintaining-accreditation/maintenance-transition-arrangements
