Coaching Camp is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and learn in Community. This is not a one-off webinar or a surface-level professional development session. It is a guided learning experience shaped by relationship, reflection, and real practice, led by Jess and the Koori Curriculum team, alongside respected educators and Community voices from across the country.

Whether you are just beginning to embed Aboriginal perspectives in your early learning setting, or you have years of experience and are seeking to deepen and refine your practice, Coaching Camp meets you where you are. The learning is layered, practical, and grounded in lived experience, supporting you to move beyond compliance and towards culturally responsive, meaningful practice.

To ensure Coaching Camp is accessible, we are offering 100 scholarships, with tickets priced at $50. An optional Coaching Camp Badge Pack is available for $30, allowing participants to visibly acknowledge their learning journey within their service or professional community.

Displayed in your service or professional space, they signal a commitment to culturally responsive practice and ongoing learning, rather than a finished destination. The optional Badge Pack supports meaningful conversations with colleagues, families, and communities, offering a gentle prompt that this work is active, relational, and always evolving.

: We are offering 100 scholarships. Applications open February 1st and will close March 13th. Each application is assessed by Jess and acceptance is based on her assessment of your responses.
: Scholarship applications open February 1st and closed on the 13th of March at 5pm.
: Jess will be reviewing scholarship applications personally. Those who are accepted will then be contacted by the Koori Curriculum team directly.

: Yes, you can withdraw your scholarship application. To do this please email us at info@kooricurriculum.com
: Camp badge packs can be purchased when you purchase a ticket or submit a scholarship application. They can also be purchased separately using the "Register" button above.
: Badge packs will be mail out at the end of each week, with the last shipping date being Friday 21st of March 2026, unless sold out prior.
: No, we will not be making more badge packs. We have 100 available and once sold out they will no longer be available for purchase.
: Live events will be from 9-9.45am each day during coaching camp. There will then be guest speakers presenting from 10am-11am however these are not live and can be watched anytime during the day.
: Once you purchase your ticket, or your scholarship application is accepted, you will recieve a email with access details to our private Facebook Group. This is where you will access your Coaching Camp live sessions details, and presentation recordings. Live sessions will be via Zoom. Details for each Zoom session will be provide d in your workbook, via email, and share in the private Facebook group the morning of each session.
: Participants will have access to Coaching Camp content within the private Facebook Group until 5pm March 31st.
: No, we will not be issuing certificates of completion for Coaching Camp.
: We strongly encourage live participation but all sessions will be accessible within the Facebook Group from when they are released until 5pm March 31st. This allows members to catch up on missed sessions or re-watch sessions.
: No, we do not offer refunds for Coaching Camp tickets. If you can no longer participate please let us know via info@kooricurriculum.com
